By accessing or using the Risans website, contacting us, booking a consultation or engaging Risans for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Risans provides digital marketing, e-commerce, Shopify development, creative, advertising and related growth services.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms of client work may be defined separately through a proposal, agreement, invoice, statement of work or other written communication.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required account access, brand assets, approvals, feedback and other materials reasonably necessary for Risans to perform the agreed services.

Delays in providing required information, access or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

Fees, payment schedules and payment methods will be communicated before or during the engagement and may also appear in a proposal, invoice or separate agreement.

Clients are responsible for paying agreed fees according to the applicable payment schedule.

Any timelines provided by Risans are based on the agreed project scope and the timely availability of required information, assets, access and approvals.

Timelines may change where project requirements change, additional work is requested, third-party platforms cause delays or circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.

Marketing and advertising performance can be affected by factors outside the control of Risans, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, product demand, pricing, website performance and customer behaviour.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Risans does not guarantee a specific level of revenue, return on advertising spend, sales volume, leads or other commercial result.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok and other technology or advertising providers.

Risans does not control these third parties and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, platform decisions or other actions taken independently by those providers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property ownership relating to final client deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement, proposal or written arrangement between Risans and the client.

Risans retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, methods, frameworks, tools, know-how and other intellectual property that existed independently of a particular client engagement.

Where permitted by the applicable client agreement or separately authorized, Risans may display completed work, project information or results for portfolio, case study and promotional purposes.

Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed contrary to an applicable confidentiality obligation.

You agree not to misuse the Risans website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use website content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of Risans or another party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Risans will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or applicable requirements.
