We started before there was an acquisition system to optimize. We hunted the product opportunity, handled sourcing and commercial direction, shaped the offer, and built the Shopify buying experience around what cold customers needed to understand and trust before purchasing.
For acquisition, long-form static ads (LFS) became a core strategic format. We used the additional visual and copy space to connect the customer problem to the product, develop the hook into a complete argument, answer likely objections, introduce proof and move the reader toward the offer inside one structured creative.
The creative work itself was run as a system, not a stream of disconnected assets. Concepts were organized into batches and progressed through a clear pipeline — editing, ready for review, correction, ready for launch and launched — so each new execution could be reviewed, refined and tied back to the strategy behind it. Roughly 40 creatives were tested across messages, angles and executions, with Meta performance feeding the next round of LFS decisions.
As stronger signals emerged, we moved from testing into active scaling and reached around $400/day in Meta spend while revenue momentum built. At the same time, production and 3PL stayed connected to the growth plan so acquisition could scale without the backend becoming the bottleneck. From product hunting to active scale, the system was built inside roughly 90 days.
